For the past several years, Mr. de la Llata has volunteered his time for the “Take Your Daughters to Work Day” Teen Dating Violence Mock Trial held by Judge Naranjo where sixth and seventh grade students participate in a mock trial and learn about dating violence and the court.
Mr. de la Llata is a native Austinite and most weekends you can find him and his lovely wife, Amanda, running on a local trail or at a home improvement store picking up supplies for one of their projects.
True Professional and Excellent Attorney
“Julio is a true professional in handling my case. Since my initial consultation back in August 2017 with Julio, I knew the connection we made was first and foremost all about my child visitations. Initially, Julio spent with me on the call to learn about my situation, and his knowledge of Family Law in the city of Austin was evident from the beginning. Mr. Julio was able to get my case to settle in the court, before even going to trial. From our first meeting through the final trail, Julio established our goals, clearly advised me, kept communications lines open, and was very responsive to questions/concerns I had through the process. I can’t thank Julio and everyone at Evans Family Law enough for helping me out on my case.”
Excellent Family Law Attorney
“Julio represented me in my uncontested divorce, which went fairly smoothly and with little trauma for our family at that time. Unfortunately, my ex-continued to ask for more concessions after the final decree, which I am told is not uncommon. Julio has represented my interests in both a mutually agreed child custody modification and then a more difficult modification shortly afterward, which required more attorneys, court, and fees. Julio was very calm and efficient even though it was becoming very emotional for me–he educated me through the entire process so I felt confident in the choices I had to make. His strategies were always clearly defined and on point. Julio and his team are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate and I recommend them highly for anyone having to go through family law challenges.”
“Julio de la Llata did an amazing job handling my mediation. Due to some last minute emergency court orders in another case, Julio was given the task of handling my mediation on short notice. Despite that, he had reviewed all of the details, counseled me on what was or wasn’t a good strategy, and helped me to remain relaxed and rational throughout a long day. Julio was calm, cool and collected during negotiations and guided me through what was undoubtedly the most strenuous day of the entire process. When I left the mediation it was with a smile and knowing that I had a great attorney in Julio and a great legal team on my side. Seriously, call him at The Evans Family Law Group. You’ll be glad that you did!”
“If you are seeking helpful counsel throughout the divorce process, I would recommend meeting with Julio. He is very thoughtful of his client’s needs during this difficult time. He did a great job of stepping me through everything to consider, I never felt rushed, but comfortable after every decision all the way to the final date to execute and finalize my divorce.”
Thank you, Julio, for everything you did representing me!
“I can’t thank Julio and the Evans family enough. Julio not only went past my expectations but helped me throughout the stress of going through a custody battle which I didn’t even realize how stressful a custody battle could become. Julio was absolutely on superb through everything. Even after everything was said and done Julio still continues to stay in contact. Which I wouldn’t even question seeking another family practice attorney. If you end up reading this thanks for everything Julio!”
